Oven Roasted Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 12 Plum tomatoes, halved lengthwise, cores and seeds removed
  • 4 T good olive oil
  • 1 1/2 T balsamic vinegar
  • 2 large garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 t. sugar
  • 1 1/2 t kosher salt
  • 1/2 t freshly ground pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat over to 450 degrees.

Roast for 25 to 30 minutes until tomatoes are concentrated and beginning to carmelize.
