Ingredients
- 12 Plum tomatoes, halved lengthwise, cores and seeds removed
- 4 T good olive oil
- 1 1/2 T balsamic vinegar
- 2 large garlic cloves, minced
- 2 t. sugar
- 1 1/2 t kosher salt
- 1/2 t freshly ground pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat over to 450 degrees.
Roast for 25 to 30 minutes until tomatoes are concentrated and beginning to carmelize.
