Broiled Parmesan Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • Three 14.5 oz cans whole tomatoes, drained
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1/2 c (1 stick) unsalted butter
  • 1.5 c freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Place tomatoes ina 13 x 9" casserole dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and top each with a pat of butter. Generously sprinkle the cheese over the tomatoes and broil for 10 - 15 minutes, until the tomatoes are heated through and the cheese is bubbly.
