- 1 mango, peeled, diced
- 1/4 C red bell pepper
- 1/4 C red onion
- 2 T cilantro
- 1 fresh jalepano
- 2 T lime juice
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1/4 C cucumber, diced
- 1-2 T olive oil
