Baked Parmesan Tilapia

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup grated (or shredded) Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp milk
  • 4 Tilapia filets (or other fresh fish filets)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the first five ingredients. Place in shallow bowl. In another bowl, beat egg and milk. Dip fish into egg mixture and then coat with Parmesan mixture. Arrange in greased 13 x 9" baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 25-3o minutes.
