Ingredients
- 1 1/4 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 (1 pound) pork tenderloin
Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine the ginger, salt, pepper, mustard and nutmeg; sprinkle over pork. Place on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until a thermometer reads 160 degrees. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
