Ingredients
- 1 * 1 cucumber, shredded
- 1 * 1 cup nonfat, plain Greek yogurt
- 1 * 1 tsp garlic, minced
- * Salt to taste
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix cucumber, yogurt and garlic together in a small bowl. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Serve with veggies, chips, or crackers.
