Ingredients
- 1 cup Italian salad dressing
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 4 cups cooked corkscrew macaroni
- 1 1/2 cups Pepperidge Farm Classic Cut Seasoned Croutons
- 1/2 cup drained marinated sun-dried tomatoes sliced OR 1 cup cherry tomatoes cut in half
- Grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Reserve 2/3 cup dressing.
Grill chicken until done, turning and brushing often with remaining dressing. Slice chicken into thin strips.
Toss macaroni, croutons, tomatoes, chicken and reserved dressing until evenly coated. Top with cheese and serve immediately.
