Ingredients
- 1 # Fusilli
- 3/4 Cup salted roasted mixed nuts
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- 8 oz Spinach, stems removed
- zest and juice of one lemon
- pepper
- 1 Cup grape tomatoes, halved
Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta. Pulse nuts andd garlic in food processor. Add spinach and lemon zest and juice. Add olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Add pesto and tomatoes to pasta.
