Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 c skim milk
- 1 c chicken broth
- 3 tblsp flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb fetticcine pasta
- 1 head broccoli florets
Preparation
Step 1
1. saute onion & garlic in oil until golden brown
2. stir together milk, chicken broth,flour, salt, & pepper
intil smooth & thick.
3. stir in Parmesan cheese
4. cook pasta & add broccoli last 2 min
5. toss pasta & broccoli with sauce
