Cheesy Potato Soup

Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • salt & pepper
  • cream of celery soup
  • 1 lb Velveeta Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Peel and Dice potatoes and slice onion. Put in large pot and cover with water. Add salt and pepper to taste and cream of celery souop. Boil until potatoes are tender. Cut cheese into chunks and add to potatoes. Stir until melted. Take potato masher and mash potatoes into smaller pieces. Serve with oyster crackers
