Liane's Spinach and Cheese Gratin

Ingredients

  • 2 packs frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 lb butter melted
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 16 oz whipped cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan Romano

Preparation

Step 1

Pile flour in a heap in a large mixing bowl. Make a well. In the well put salt, pepper, butter , cheeses and cream and eggs.
Mix to make a paste and add spinach. Put the mixture into a buttered 13x9 pan.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to an hour or until crust forms on the top surface. Serve.
