Ingredients
- 1 large eggplant, peeled and diced into 1 in cubes
- spray
- Italian herbs
- 29 oz marinara sauce
- chili flakes
Preparation
Step 1
Place eggplant in oven at 375 for 25 mins. Add to pot, add sauce and chili flakes. Simmer 10 mins.
