Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups mixed good-quality olives, Grained
- 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 lemon
- Freshly ground pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Mix olives, oil, garlic and red pepper flakes in medium bowl. Use zester to remove zest from lemon in fine strips. Add to olives, and mix in with several grin dings of pepper. Let stand, covered, at room temperature for at least 2 hours. Serve in bowls.
