Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh crabmeat
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups milk or half anf half
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Worcestershire sauce to taste
- Toast or your choice pastry cup
Preparation
Step 1
Remove any shell
Melt butter in large pan over low heat
Add flour
cook add milk
add all ingredients except the toast/pastry
Pour crab mixture over toast/pastry
