  • 1 pound fresh crabmeat
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 cups milk or half anf half
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Worcestershire sauce to taste
  • Toast or your choice pastry cup

Preparation

Step 1

Remove any shell
Melt butter in large pan over low heat
Add flour
cook add milk
add all ingredients except the toast/pastry

Pour crab mixture over toast/pastry
