Ingredients

  • 1 egg for every 100g of flour for 4-5 people 400g/4eggs
  • 1 spoon oil
  • a bit of salt

Preparation

Step 1

1. put and mix, must be like a dough, add a bit of water if not coming together, food coloring to change colors
2. put flours on the table and divide into smaller clumps
3. roll out very thin to ends
4. cut into long strips about ½ in thick
5. cook in boiling water with oil instead of salt
