Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 3/4 cup white or light rum
- 2 tbsp icing sugar
- 16 ice cubes
Preparation
Step 1
Put first 4 ingredients into blender. Cover and process for 10 to 20 seconds. With blender running, add ice cubes 2 or 3 at a time, through hole in lid. Scrape sides as necessary until ice cubes are blended smooth. Add as many ice cubes as necessary to make thick and slushy. Makes about 2 1/2 cups
