Rhubarb Dump Cake

A super easy dump cake to make.

Ingredients

• 3 c rhubarb, cut into small pieces
• 1 large can crushed pineapple
• 1 pkg yellow cake mix
• 1 stick butter

Preparation

Step 1

Spread rhubarb into a 9 x 13 pan. Pour pineapple on of rhubarb juice and all. Sprinkle cake mix on top. Slice pats of butter on top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Serve with ice cream of cool whip.
