Ingredients
- 4-5 Cups Vegetable Stock
- 1 Small head of Cabbage - chopped or shredded
- 1 - 14.5 oz. can of Tomatoes (pureed)
- 1 tsp. Brown Sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 Medium Onion, diced
Preparation
Step 1
Toss all ingredients in a stock pot
Bring to boil, them reduce to simmer for 1 1/2 hours more.
Taste after about an hour to see if you need more brown sugar.
Can also add a little bit of thinly sliced Corned Beef
