Ingredients
- 1 pound of your favorite pasta
- 8 ounces fat-free Italian dressing
- 2 cups carrots
- 2 cups broccoli
- 2 cups cucumber
- 2 cups green pepper
- You can also use radishes, green onion and cauliflower.
Preparation
Step 1
Boil pasta according to the directions, rinse and drain. Add in the cut up vegetables and dressing, stirring well to mix. Refrigerate, continuing to stir occasionally.
