Noodle Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of your favorite pasta
  • 8 ounces fat-free Italian dressing
  • 2 cups carrots
  • 2 cups broccoli
  • 2 cups cucumber
  • 2 cups green pepper
  • You can also use radishes, green onion and cauliflower.

Preparation

Step 1

Boil pasta according to the directions, rinse and drain. Add in the cut up vegetables and dressing, stirring well to mix. Refrigerate, continuing to stir occasionally.
