Grilled Mango Salsa for grilled swordfish

Ingredients

  • 6 mango wedges
  • 3 slices red onion
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • cooking spray
  • 1/4 cup peeled diced avaocado
  • 1 tbsp. fresh mint
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Brush mango and oinion with 1 tsp oil. Place mango and onion on grill rack coated with cooking spray; cover and grill 3 minutes on each side or until tender. Chop onion and mango. Combine onion, mango, avodado, mint, juice, salt and pepper in medium bowl.
