POTATO-SAUSAGE PIZZA

Ingredients

  • SHAPE DOUGH; BRUSH WITH:
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Kosher or sea salt to taste
  • ASSEMBLE PIZZA WITH:
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, grated
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 2 cups red potatoes, unpeeled, sliced, cooked
  • 2 cups cooked Italian link sausage, cut into 1/2"-thick rounds
  • BAKE; BRUSH CRUST WITH:
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • SPRINKLE WITH:
  • Crushed red pepper flakes

Preparation

Step 1

Shape pizza dough; brush with oil and sprinkle with salt. Assemble pizza, topping it first with cheese then following with a layer of spinach, cooked potato slices, and sausage. Bake 13-15 minutes. Brush crust edges with olive oil. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and serve immediately.
