Ingredients
- SHAPE DOUGH; BRUSH WITH:
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Kosher or sea salt to taste
- ASSEMBLE PIZZA WITH:
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, grated
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 2 cups red potatoes, unpeeled, sliced, cooked
- 2 cups cooked Italian link sausage, cut into 1/2"-thick rounds
- BAKE; BRUSH CRUST WITH:
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- SPRINKLE WITH:
- Crushed red pepper flakes
Preparation
Step 1
Shape pizza dough; brush with oil and sprinkle with salt. Assemble pizza, topping it first with cheese then following with a layer of spinach, cooked potato slices, and sausage. Bake 13-15 minutes. Brush crust edges with olive oil. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and serve immediately.
