Baked Clams

Ingredients

  • clams
  • garlic chopped
  • parsley
  • breadcrumbs
  • olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

when frozen run clams under warm water. open up with knife and separate fully. 'loosen up' with a cross cut. Put 1-3 tiny chunks of garlic in each clam, a bit of parsley and 1/4-1/2 tsp breadcrumbs in each.

spread oil over top of all clams
