Ingredients

  • 7 cups fresh diced tomatoes (into about 3/4 inch pieces) - about 2.75 lbs
  • 1/4 cups thinly sliced fresh basil
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp pine nuts, toasted

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; toss gently to combine. Sprinkle with nuts. Serve immediately.
