Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 3/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. each: salt, oregano, chili, dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. each: dried thyme, cayenne pepper
- 1 lb. fish fillet, 1/2" thick
- 2 tsp. vegetable oil
- 2 tsp. parsley
- 1 green onion, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Combine spices. Pat fillets dry. Place on broiler rack, skin side down. Lightly brush both sides with oil. Sprinkle both sides with spices. Position broiler rack 4-6" from heat. Broil until fish flakes with a fork, 6-8 mins. Sprinkle onions over top and squeeze lemon over fish.
