Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 3/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. each: salt, oregano, chili, dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. each: dried thyme, cayenne pepper
  • 1 lb. fish fillet, 1/2" thick
  • 2 tsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp. parsley
  • 1 green onion, chopped

Step 1

Combine spices. Pat fillets dry. Place on broiler rack, skin side down. Lightly brush both sides with oil. Sprinkle both sides with spices. Position broiler rack 4-6" from heat. Broil until fish flakes with a fork, 6-8 mins. Sprinkle onions over top and squeeze lemon over fish.
