MOLDED CRAB SALAD MOMS RECIPE FROM BERNICE NORDBY

Ingredients

  • Heat to boiling:
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 cup water
  • MELT IN:
  • 2 pkg’s Philadelphia Cream Cheese (3 oz. size)
  • This will melt easier if you have it at room temperature
  • DISSOLVE IN:
  • 1 pkg. lemon Jello (3 oz.size)

Preparation

Step 1

CONGEAL AND ADD:
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup green pepper
1 cup sliced ripe olives
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup crab (chicken or tuna may be substituted)

You can leave out the chopped green pepper if you wish and I’m sure shrimp could be used in place of crab.
