JELLIED CRANBERRY APRICOT SAUCE

  • 1/2 CUP ORANGE JUICE
  • 12 OUNCES CRANBERRIES
  • 1/2 CUP PORT
  • 1 CUP DRIED APRICOTS, diced
  • 1/2 CUP PACKED BROWN SUGAR
  • 3/4 CUP GRANULAED SUGAR
  • 3/4 CUP toasted, broken PECANS

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium saucepan, combine CRANBERRIES, PORT, OJ, APRICOTS, & SUGARS.

Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugars.

Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat, stir in pecans.

Cool and refrigerate.
