Summer Crudites with Avocado Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled and chopped
  • 1 can (11oz.) tomatillos, drained
  • 1/2 cup packed cilantro leaves
  • 1/4 cup Sour cream '
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp chopped pickled jalapeno
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • Raw green vegetables, cut into pieces

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients except salt and vegetables in food processor. Process until smooth. Season with salt; chill for 30 minutes. Serve with raw vegetables.
