Ingredients
- 3 8.5 oz boxes of Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 2/3 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- 2 cans white creamed corn (I can only find this at Kroger's/Fry's)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
- 2 cans green chilies (drained)
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes in a 13x9" pan.
Best served warm!
