Cornbread with creamed corn

Ingredients

  • 3

    8.5 oz boxes of Jiffy corn muffin mix

  • 2/3

    cup milk

  • 3

    eggs

  • 2

    cans white creamed corn (I can only find this at Kroger's/Fry's)

  • 1

    cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1

    cup shredded pepper jack cheese

  • 2

    cans green chilies (drained)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes in a 13x9" pan. Best served warm!
