Ingredients
- 2 limes, each cut into eighths
- 20 mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 5 cups pineapple juice, chilled
- 1 (12-ounce) can seltzer water, chilled
Preparation
Step 1
In a pitcher combine limes, mint leaves and sugar. Muddle with a wooden spoon to extract the juice from the limes and to break up the mint leaves. Stir in pineapple juice and seltzer. Pour into glasses filled with ice.
