Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 6 pork chops
- 1 can Celery soup
- 1/2 cup water
- Fresh parsley (garnish)
Preparation
Step 1
Brown chops with onion in oil.
Remove.
Stir in soup and water.
Return chops.
Reduce heat to low.
Cover and cook for 10 -15 minutes or until chops are fork tender.
Garnish with parsley.
