- 1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken pieces
- 1 C. packed light brown sugar
- 2/3 C. vinegar
- 1/4 C. lemon/lime soda
- 2-3 Tbs. minced garlic
- 2 Tbs. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper

Directions
Place chicken in crockpot/slow cooker. Mix all remaining ingredients together and pour over chicken. Cook on low setting for 6 - 8 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.
