- 4 PORK CHOPS
- 3 T. PREPARED MUSTARD

PREHEAT OVEN TO 325*
IN SMALL BOWL COMBINE BROWN SUGAR AND MUSTARD. MIX TOGETHERELL. BUTTERFKY PORK CHOPS AND ARRANGE THEM IN 9X13 DISH. SPREAD THE MUSTARD MIXTURE OVER THE CHOPS, THE SPRINKLE WITH LEMON JUICE. PLACE ABOUT 1/8 INCH WATER IN DISH. BAKE AT 325* FOR 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL DONE.
