• 1 box Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
• 1 can creamed corn
• 1 egg
• 1/4 to 1/3 cup flour

Refridg. while the deep fry veg. oil heats. Fry TBSP size balls at 350 for about 5 min. So easy. So fritter good!
