Ingredients

  • 1.5- 2 POUNDS TILAPIA
  • 2 TBSP GREEN ONIONS, CHOPPED
  • 2 TBSP BUTTER, MELTED
  • 1/2 TSP TABASCO OR MORE
  • 2 TBSP MAYO
  • 1/2 CUP PARMESAN CHEESE, GRATED
  • 2 TSP LEMON JUICE

Preparation

Step 1

MIX MAYO, GREEN ONIONS, PARMESAN CHEESE, MELTED BUTTER, LEMON JUICE, TABASCO, SALT AND PEPPER.

PLACE FISH ON GREASED PAN.

SPREAD MAYO MIXTURE OVER FISH, COVERING WELL.

BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 10-15 MINUTES OR UNTIL BROWN.
