CHEDDAR CABBAGE CASSEROLE

A CREAMY CHEESY CABBAGE RECIPEE!

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 Cups coarsley crushed cornflakes
  • 1/2 Cup Butter, melted
  • 4 1/2 Cups Shredded Cabbage
  • 1/3 Cup Chopped Onions
  • 1/4 tsp salt & pepper
  • 1 Can (10 3/4 oz) Cream Celery Soup
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Mayo
  • 2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Toss the cornflakes and butter, sprinkle half into the bottom of a grease 9x13 dish.

Layer with the Cabbage, onion and salt and pepper.

In a large bowl, combine the soup, milk, and mayo until smooth.

Spoon over top of cabbage.

Sprinkle remaining corn flakes on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
