Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cans artichokes
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
  • 10 oz. box frozen spinach
  • grated pepperjack cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook spinach in microwave. Cool & squeeze all excess water out. Finely chop artichokes. Mix all ingredients together, pour into a 9" baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
