Creole Shrimp with Garlic & Lemon

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 1 1/2 T minced garlic
  • 1 T Creole seasoning
  • 1 re bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 T olive oil
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1/4 C chopped parsley

Preparation

Step 1

In bowl, toss shrimp with garlic, Creole seasoning & bell pepper.
In skillet, saute shrimp in oil over mod hi heat, turning once. til just white throughout. add lemon juice & parsley & serve
