Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp
- 1 1/2 T minced garlic
- 1 T Creole seasoning
- 1 re bell pepper, finely chopped
- 2 T olive oil
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1/4 C chopped parsley
Preparation
Step 1
In bowl, toss shrimp with garlic, Creole seasoning & bell pepper.
In skillet, saute shrimp in oil over mod hi heat, turning once. til just white throughout. add lemon juice & parsley & serve
