Ingredients
- 2 lbs filleted rainbow trout
- 3-4 slices bacon
- Seasoned salt
- Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Fry bacon, remove and add trout, skin side down. Fry 4-5 minutes.
Turn fish over, peel off skin. Sprinkle on salt and pepper. Cover and fry for another 4-5 minutes.
