Ingredients
- 4 c coarsely chopped apples
- 2 c sugar
- 2 c flour
- 2 t baking soda
- Dash salt
- 1 t cinnamon
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 c veg oil
- 1/2-1 c chopped walnuts
Preparation
Step 1
Combine apples & sugar, let stand 15- 20 minutes.
Add flour, baking soda, salt & cinnamon and stir.
Add eggs, oil & nuts and mix well.
Pour into a greased, floured 9" x 13" pan.
Bake at 350˚ for about an hour or till done.
