Strawberry Pound Cake

• 1 18 oz. box strawberry cake mix
• 1 3.4 oz. package instant vanilla pudding mix
• 1/3 cup canola oil
• 1 3 oz. package strawberry gelatin

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredient plus 1 cup water in bowl and beat for 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into sprayed, floured bundt pan. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes.

Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for 20 minutes before removing cake from pan. If you like an icing, use prepared vanilla icing. Serves 12 to 16.
