Tri colored Summer Squash on the grill

Ingredients

  • 3 zucchini
  • 3 yellow squash
  • 3 patty pan
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1


1. Slice squash into slabs ½ - ¾ inch thick

2. Mix olive oil with garlic salt, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.

3. Toss marinade with squash and let sit at least 10 minutes up to several hours.

4. Drain and reserve marinade

5. Grill over medium high heat
