Crab Cakes

Ingredients

  • 1 # crab meat
  • 1 teasp salt
  • 1 Teasp Old Bay seasoning(seafood)
  • 1 Tabsp parsley
  • 1 Tabsp mayonnaise
  • 1 Tabsp baking Powder
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 Tabsp worchestershire sauce
  • 8 slices dry white bread(remove crusts and dampen with milk)

Preparation

Step 1

Crumble crab meat in bowl.
Add all other ingredients except
bread and mix well.
Add bread dampened with milk and form cakes.
Fry in skillet with butter.
1 ½#crab meat makes 15 (2oz) cakes.
