Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 7 oz package flaked coconut

Preparation

Step 1

Mix egg whites with sugar; add flour and coconut. Bake on foil lined pans at 350 degrees until lightly browned on top. Let cook before removing from pan.
