Ingredients
- 3-1/2 cups pomegranate juice (if there is added sugar in your juice, reduce the sugar called for in this recipe)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Bring juice & sugar to boil. Add lemon juice and reduce heat to simmer. Cook for 1 hour until it coats the back of a spoon.
