Ingredients
- 12 oz. medium egg noodles
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp. vanilla sugar
- 1/2 stick margarine, at room temperature
- 16 oz. coffee whitener, at room temperature
- 1 cup corn flakes
- 1 tbps. margarine
- shake of cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook noodles and drain. Place in a large bowl, add margarine. Mix and set aside to cool.
2. Add coffee whitener,sugars,and eggs. Mix well.
3. Pour into 2 round pans. Crush cornflakes, cinnamon and margarine together. Crumble on top of kugel.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
