Egg and Sausage Breakfast or Brunch

-Don't make too thick; 9x12 pan
-Makes 6 to 8 servings

Ingredients
- 1 pound Brown n' Serve sausages - cook and cut up
- 6 slices whote bread, no crust - cube
- 1/2 pound shredded cheddar
- 2 cups milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- a dash of salt
- Mix the last four ingredients
Preparation
Step 1
Place bread in casserole dish. Pour liquid mix over this. Add sausage and cheese. mix well, cover with a cling free wrap and refrigerate over night.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about an hour
