Ingredients

  • 2 pound hamburger
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 Tablespoons Morton' Tender Quick
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Preparation

Step 1

Mix with hands. Shape in 3 rolls. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate 24 ours. Unwrap and bake at 300 for 1 hour on broiler pan. Refrigerate or freeze. Serve hot or cold.
